Hilpert is an associate with a practice focused on zoning and land use litigation. Her litigation experience includes representing clients in areas such as zoning and land use approvals, environmental and real estate law in both federal and state court. She currently is an adjunct professor of law at Pace University School of Law.      Ms. Hilpert graduated from Pace University School of Law, magna cum laude in 2005 and earned a certificate in environmental law. While attending law school she served as the managing editor for the Pace Environmental Law Review and as chair of the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition. Ms. Hilpert was a research assistant with the Land Use Law Center where she served as an editor for Gaining Ground, a quarterly electronic publication. Ms. Hilpert was awarded a Merit Scholarship in 2002-2005 and was the Stuart R. Shamberg Land Use Law Scholar in 2004.      Prior to law school, Ms. Hilpert was an asset manager with a private commercial real estate investment company. Ms. Hilpert received a B.A. in economics from Williams College. She is a member of the New York State Bar and Connecticut Bar. Ms. Hilpert serves as the Secretary of the New Lawyers Section of the Westchester County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Westchester Women's Bar Association.      Ext. 327   email
