Her litigation experience includes representing clients in areas such as zoning and land use approvals, environmental law, and real estate law, in both federal and state courts.       Ms. Bunin Kolev graduated from Pace University School of Law, magna cum laude in 2005 and earned a Certificate in Environmental Law. While attending law school, she was a member of the Pace Law Review and was awarded a Merit Scholarship in 2002-2005. She was also an intern for the Hon. Barry A. Cozier of the New York State Appellate Division, Second Department. Ms. Bunin Kolev received a B.A. in psychology from New York University, magna cum laude in 2001. She is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Pace Law School Alumni Association.       Ms. Bunin Kolev serves as the Vice-Chair of the New Lawyers Section of the Westchester County Bar Association and is a Co-Chair of the Website Committee. She is also a member of the New York State Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in the states of New York and Connecticut, as well as before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
