Ms. King joined our
firm after practicing complex commercial litigation in New York City with
Flemming Zulack Williamson Zauderer. As a litigator, Ms. King has represented
real estate developers, architects, international financial institutions
and manufacturers in a wide-array of commercial matters including contract,
insurance and intellectual property disputes. She currently practices
in the areas of Litigation and Zoning and Land Use.
Ms. King graduated
from William & Mary School of Law in 2002. During her academic career
at William & Mary, she was a Staff Member of the William & Mary
Law Review and her Law Review Note was selected for publication. She received
her undergraduate degree from Cornell University where she was a double
major in political science and French in the School of Arts & Sciences.
Ms. King is fluent in French, having studied in Paris, France and worked
at the Australian Embassy to France.
Ms. King is admitted
to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District
of New York and the Courts of New York. She is also a member of the New
York State Bar Association and American Bar Association.
Ms. King is an elected
officer of the International Law & Practice Section of the New York
State Bar Association and currently holds the position of Secretary. She
is an active member of the Section's Executive Committee and is Co-Chair
of the Section's Women's Interest Networking Group (WING). In addition
to being a member of the New York State Bar Association, she is a member
of the American Bar Association.

Misguided Analysis in Sunset Reviews, 43 Wm. & Mary L.R. 2151 (2002);
Products Liability Prevention: What Every International Business Should
Know About Selling Products in the United States, 16 International Law

A native of Westchester
County, Ms. King is originally from North Salem and currently resides
in Eastchester..
