Ms. Smith graduated
Pace University School of Law J.D., cum laude in 2006 and was Editor of the Environmental
Law Review. She was admitted to the New York Bar (2007) and Connecticut
Bar (2006.) Ms. Smith was a Judicial Intern to Federal Magistrate Theodore
H. Kaly (January-May 2005) and Legal Intern for the U.S. Department of
Justice, Environmental Natural Resource Division (June-August 2004). She
practices in the areas of Zoning and Land Use.
