Anne A. Colucci is
a 1987 graduate of St. Lawrence University and a 1995 graduate of Albany
Law School of Union University. She joined the firm in 1998. She is a
member of the New York State and Westchester County Bar Associations.
She concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial and residential
real estate. She has conducted hundreds of real estate closings of various
sizes and complexities including cooperatives and condominiums. Ms Colucci
has had extensive experience representing builders in the sale of residential
new construction houses. She represents several homeowner’s associations
and condominium boards.
