In the matrimonial and family law area, our attorneys have experience in premarital planning and agreements, post martial agreements, separation agreements, custodial-related matters and litigation to terminate a marriage.
We have a very strong expertise in the administration of decedents estates either small or value in excess of 25 million. Our practice in this area includes the probate of wills, will contests, spousal right of election issues, estate and fiduciary tax returns, including gift tax returns, as well as preparation and audit of estate tax returns by the Internal Revenue Service.
