From New York City, Southern Westchester, Long Island:

1. Hutchinson River Parkway North to Route 684. Exit 4 off Route 684 at Route 172 (Bedford/Mount Kisco). Left on Route 172 toward Mount Kisco. Bear right at The Northern Westchester Hospital Center onto Route 117N (Main Street). Go through traffic light and take next left onto Smith Avenue. Office is the fourth house on the right hand side.
2. From White Plains area, take Route 287 East to Route 684 (Brewster) North, and follow same direction as above (#1).
3. From Long Island, take Throgs Neck Bridge, then North on Route 95. Exit White Plains (Route 287 West). Route 287 West to Route 684 North and follow directions as above (#1); or
4. Whitestone Bridge or Hutchinson River Parkway to Route 684 North. Exit 4, Route 172 (Bedford/Mount Kisco) and follow directions as above (#1).
5. N.Y.C. West Side and Westchester West Side, take Henry Hudson Parkway to Saw Mill River Parkway North. Stay on Saw Mill Parkway to Mount Kisco Exit, Route 133. Take right on Route 133 (Main Street). Continue straight. After going through the fifth traffic light (W. Hyatt Avenue), the third block on right is Smith Avenue (a white church in on the corner). Turn right and office is the fourth house on the right.

From Northern Westchester and Putnam County

6. Route 84 East to Route 684 South. Exit 5 at Katonah to Saw Mill River Parkway. Saw Mill Parkway to Mount Kisco, Exit Route 133. Turn right to Route 133 (Main Street) approximately 500'. Take right on Route 133 and go through six traffic lights. The third street on right is Smith Avenue. Office is the fourth house on the right hand side; or
7. Route 84 East to Route 684. Route 684 to Exit 4 (Route 172, Bedford/Mount Kisco). Turn right to Mount Kisco and follow directions as above (#1).
From Rockland County
8. Tappan Zee Bridge, East on Route 287 to Saw Mill River Parkway North. Follow directions as above (#4).
