Shamberg Marwell Davis & Hollis, P.C. has always been committed to
the protection of our clients privacy in accordance with the New
York Code of Professional Responsibility, which governs our conduct as
attorneys. This notice is being provided to you in compliance with enacted
Federal legislation requiring disclosure of our method of confidential
maintenance of nonpublic personal information.
In rendering services to our clients we must use personal information
collected about them. In the representation of our clients, Shamberg Marwell
Davis & Hollis, P.C. may obtain nonpublic personal information about
our clients from the following sources, among others:

in client accounts (for example, billing history and balances);
- Other
interactions with us (for example, discussions with our attorneys and
staff on issues related to safeguarding money or securities, real estate
settlement services, financial or investment advisory activities, or
instruction on individual financial management); and
- Documentation
or other information supplied to us by clients or by third parties at
the request of the client.
We
do not disclose in any manner nonpublic personal information about our
clients, including companies, organizations and individuals, to third
parties, except with the clients consent, at the clients direction,
and as otherwise required by law. Personal information about former clients
is treated in the same manner as that of current clients.
Access to nonpublic personal information is restricted to those employees
and other parties who require that information in order to provide services
to you. Further disclosure or use of the information is limited by the
applicable Canons of Ethics we are subject to as a law firm, our employee
code of conduct, applicable law, and nondisclosure agreements, where applicable.
We also maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that
protect your information.
You do not need to call or do anything as a result of this notice. It
is meant only to inform you of how we safeguard your nonpublic personal
